when we talk about good health the first thing we need to know is how to be healthy from inside.inner health requires a good bowel system to clear your body of toxins.to flush out these toxins you need to follow these wonderfully simple tips chew a pinch of kilonji [nigella seeds] first thing in the morning then a little later drink a nice big mug of warm water with a tbsp of honey and squeeze half a lemon in it.slowlly sip this miracle drink n feel wonderfully relaxed. always have whole grain bread . avoid white bread . add friut n veggies to ur diet.have a salad bowl of onion tomato cucumber olives cabbage apple peas potato carrots radish green pepper capsicum chickpeas or whatever fruit or veggy u can find in ur kitchen
