i have just started working on paisalive.com site. they offer to read mails and click on there link I want to know that is it scam?

iam the member of paisaive.com i till now 400/- in that iam waiting for another 100 but from my friends discussion for about this site they telling they are money through the cheque after reaching the minimum payout...iam also waiting for payout.without referral their is no chance reach payout early.....
