Paypal payment in Kenya

I was just wondering if i could withdraw money from my paypal account to my local bank in Kenya. When I visited my local bank, the response I was given was not satisfactory because the person responding was not sure but told me to try. But on the paypal account website, provisions for withdrawal of money to a local bank account in Kenya does not feature. Somebody help me, how can I get cash money from my paypal account in Kenya?
