How does a Friendship turn into love?

I have a huge doubt and i had seen many one who were best friends later changed to lovers.I have a doubt how does a friendship change to love?

What love can exist without friendship? I think that starting out as non-romantic friends is not only possible, but the best way. I have never been a fan of dating strangers.

As man or woman develop friendship with another person he or she get to understand one another and this lead to friendship. As the friendship develop, there is this natural chemistry to be more intimate and this takes the matter to the doorstep of being lovers.

Being friends at first is how they understand each others feelings and getting to know themselves then eventually they realize that there is a mutual love that has been developed and agreed to be more than friends. As simple as that....I think.

I don't think this is so unusual. Sometimes people just realize the friend is more important to them than they were previously aware. I also believe in 'love at first sight' it can happen, but most of the time people are friends first and for awhile and then fall in love..
