I'm not into label, Is it okay to take a risk or chance?

I think I'm starting to fell to a close friend, sometimes I thought about telling her that I have fallen for her. I don't know if I'm just hallucinating but I always caught her looking at me. Is it okay to take a risk or chance and tell her that I falling for her? By the way I'm a girl too :((

"always think a thousand time before you make an action" that's my quote when there are things i'm not so sure. Always remember heart is deceitful. You can't go back to the things that already have done. Always think about the consequences. How complicated it will be? It's hard to let go to someone if you are already in love so much. the same thing with a girl you like. Do want to hurt her feelings when the time came you want to quit? then she loves you so much. BE WISE! THINK A THOUSAND TIME. You can't go back again to the time what had happened..
