Gerard Butler can sing! / myLot

I keep on watching the Phantom of the Opera over and over and did not know that it was Gerard Butler who played the Phantom. Really... Guess he had a lot of talents from being a phantom to soldier/commander to a bounty hunter...wooh..

I really think that he was a good choice for the role. He really does do a great job in the role of the Phantom. I don't think that they could have really picked a better person to play the role in the movie version.

Hi Lazybug! Your discussion made me admire him more. I am a Gerald Butler Fan! My sister also watched Phantom of the Opera, over and over, and we also didn't know the phantom was him. So I watched a scene in youtube and voila! it is indeed true. Thanks for this nice information.

He is also a chameleon actor, I mean i don't even recognized him because I didnt noticed they were the same person. I remember that movie, Emily Rossum's voice gives me goosebumps. I think Phantom of the opera is his biggest break but people remember him the most because of 300.
