Cane and Lily Story Line

I am wondering what is up with the Cane and Lily storyline. It seems like Lily is seeing Cane quite a bit since his tragic death. I am wondering if Cane will return from the dead or if this is all in Lily's imagination.
Any thoughts...

Actually I find the whole thing to be boring and a waste of time. Too bad that the whole Lily and Cane thing wasn't over when he was killed.

It is boring, but it still it is weird. It seems like Daniel does want to get back together with Lily since they share so much. Daniel confided in Lily when he found out that Lucy was in fact his baby. I am not sure if Abby and Daniel will last much longer though. It seems like Daniel and Abby are going in different directions.

I think that Cane is somehow alive. They are bringing his mother on Genie Francis ex Lauara general hospital. So i think he is alive.
