Uefa Champions League Semi Final Second Leg, Manchester Utd - Schalke

Second semi final and the last unknown before the Wembley final.Looking at the first leg we can have only one conclusion,Man Utd. will probably have no problems in getting the last spot in the match for the title.
A 2-0 win for Schalke is almost impossible seeing that Man Utd has received only 3 goals at home this Championa League season not losing any of it fixtures.
In terms of the injuries for the teams:
Man Utd:has no injuries but could have some of the key players on the bench seeing that they will need to have the team ready for the national fixture with Chelsea this weekend.
Schalke:Huntelaar, Gavranovic, Moritz, Pander will probably be unavailble for the match.
Both teams come from defeats in their last game Arsenal beating Man Utd with 1-0 at Emirates and Schalke loosing at Bayern Munich by 4-1.
Fact:Raul scored 5 goals so far against Man Utd in the elimination phase of the competion.
We will porbably see a 1-0 win for the reds but still anything could happen seeing that we are in Champions League.

I believe United is almost as good as through to the final 
...A 2-0 away win I believe is more than sufficient to win the tie, because as per my understanding there are only two teams that have overturned the home defeat to win the tie - one of them is Inter Milan whom they knocked out in the quarter final...Albeit that feat, I can't see any real chance for Schalke 04 to regain ground and go through for the first time in their history, due to the fact that United is yet to lose in their home ground in all competitions this season...
Plus, I believe Sir Alex Ferguson will really want to set up revenge on Barcelona, for being defeated in the Champions League 2009 final 
...And if United happen to win the title, it will be a great repeat of their Champions League triumph on home soil back in 1968...

Congratz to ManU that wins over Schalke 04 4-1, so the final goes to Barca and ManU, so what team will win the trophy? I hope the Champions League Final give best performance for both teams...

I'd like to see a big surprise in the second leg,but I think that's almost impossible;even if Schalke scored 5 goals in Milan and proved that they don't have to be underestimated,they will face a much better side and even if Man Utd uses a few substitutes they should qualify without emotions.Anyway,I think it will an open match because Schalke has nothing to loose and we'll see many goals in this match.

nothing can be taken for granted but i would bet for United's third champions league final appearance in four seasons. it's hard to imagine Schalke overcoming the Reds in the Devils' own hotbed den, more so with a 0-2 deficit from their own home fixture. with Barca already through to the final, i wish and hope United to take revenge for their defeat in the final two seasons ago.

you cant take schalke for granted. After the quarterfinals draw everybody said that inter milan got the best pick. Schalke scored 5 away goals at San Siro against a team that contained Sniejder, eto and many others. So that tell everyone no to take Schalke lightly. Now lets talk about the Manchester United team. Wayne Rooney will not feature in the home fixture due to hamstring injury. That wont be good for the team. Moreover Manchester United are having a big form slump now in the domestic sector. They lost to Arsenal last week and drew with Newcastle the week before that. Moreover without Rooney the side lacks creativity. Man Utd will now have to depend on the ageing Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs. Over dependency on them can certainly lead to the downfall of the team

I imagine United will win. Basically Schalke will have to attack United and try to score an early goal, but I believe that this will leave them open to the counter attack. United are very good at breaking fast, they can go from defending to attacking in a few seconds. I do think United will win this fixture by at least 2 goals.

I'd glad M. United have big chance to enter the Final of Uefa Champion League. Everything's possible, but I do vote M. United to be the champion. They hve good quality, good player and good coach. They're one of best team and deserve to enter final. Schalke is great because they have enter semi final with great winning over Inter Milan, but M. United is more favourite in all side
