what foods should i avoid eating,,? i need to loose the extra weight from my stomach

Food rich in carbohydrates and sugar. Try to avoid them as carbo tends to settle more in the stomach especially if you sit for a long time right after eating. Sit ups would be the best way to lose those flabby tummy.

You've got the nutrition portion correct. However, it is impossible to target specific areas of fat to burn. Therefore, doing sit ups not target fat in the stomach.

What about a diet.I'd recommend reducing the food.Drink more fluids.Avoid fried things confectionery.More salads fruits and vegetables.I think that will help you.Also may crunches.

Foods that have carbohydrates.For example, you should avoid things sweet dough things. Soft drinks also better to drink water. Also best to make a separate meal and follow certain hours for food.I can tell you that I after eight o'clock in the evening do not eat anything.A fruit snack only.

Fatty foods, fried foods..avoid eating in fast foods.. they are so not healthy and can add up to your weight.. Avoid sweets too, like cakes and ice cream..And intake more fruits especially pineapples and their juice since it has lots of fiber..

Cut out all the junk foods. Try to tone up your stomach. Watch what your drinking too because that can add many calories without realizing it.

Definitely avoid processed foods for sure, high sugary and carbs- soda(pop/cola etc) is THE worst thing you could possibly have. Even juices are bad for gaining weight. Limit grains, eat more meat, fruits and vegetables. To burn fat off in your stomach, you will have to burn fat off around your entire body at the same time- that is the way it works. So, focus on doing exercises that require your body to expend the most amounts of energy. Cardio is the best for that- walking/jogging/running up stairs is the best one in my opinion. You can burn off a whole bunch of energy from just going up and down a flight of stairs 25-50 times. Good luck! I need to cut some fat myself, get back to my ol' lean self again...
