website with ptc banners + traffic exchange = which ads companies are allowed?

hi, I created a website with Weebly, and now I would like to monetize it with some ads. But I don't know which ad companies tolerate websites who promote ptc sites and uses traffic exchange to deliver traffic. Weebly itself has an option to easily put adsense ads on sites, but Google is very strict with their rules, so he is out of the question. I also don't know if Weebly allows other ad companies except adsense on their sites. Is it possible to combine more ad companies on one site? any information will be helpful :)
