Books are good companions. They are there for all age groups of people to read and enrich knowledge. They can be read any time, any day, on any occasion. They are the best friends, masters and guides. Whenever you want some guidance of solution for a particular problem, consult the corresponding book, which is your best friend and consultant. You can read and refer the book till you satisfy yourself. If we fail in our life or in any venture, we get upset. Many people may take extreme steps, fearing the consequences. If you consult a good book, which comprises of life sketches of great courageous people who underwent trials and tribulations in life to achieve big things like Thomas Alva Edison, we will know that our problems are nothing when compared with those of great people. It is absolutely true that one can judge a person by seeing the type of books he keeps with him. If you are surrounded with good books, your thoughts and actions will be good. When these two are with you, you will find peace in life and naturally you will be liked by all.

I totally agree with you. When I was younger I don't really appreciate good books. I thought they were boring. But as I age more I realize it actually serves as our guide through life. It also inspires us to do better and to try harder. Some even enhances our spirituality and relationship with God.

Hi there! I agree very well that books are very useful and that it's something that always add up to our knowledge. but with the advancement of technology, little people buys books this time anymore because of the internet and E-books that are only downloadable.
