It makes me sad the Lakers were swept by the Mavs 4-0 and Phil Jackson will no longer be coach next year.
But on the brighter side, they can now get new players because they deserve it.
What's your lineup for a Lakers Dream Team next year? We can dream can we? Maybe Melo might transfer.
Here's mine:
C Yao Ming, Dwight Howard
PF Kevin Durant, Pao Gasol
SF Lebron James, Andrei Kirilenko, Carmelo Anthony
SG Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade
PG Devin Harris, Deron Williams, Chris Paul

You got a great lineup there. Although I don't think the Lakers will have enough budget for highly-paid NBA superstars, their budget pretty much dissipated throughout the years Kobe and the others are playing there. From what I know, it cost them a fortune acquiring Gasol, Bynum, and Odom. Fisher had been playing for the team for a long time, too, so I also assume he had a couple of contract renewals and I don't think he requested for the same salary every time.

Dwight Howard is possible as of now he is interested in hollywood.lol.. Lakers needs to have a stable center man and a back up shooting guard. Another silent scorer will do. I just hate how they mess up during the end game during this playoffs.
Hope next year is our year again..

Well as of possibility, then i can say that dwight howard is a big possibility because he can opt out. Yao is a possiblity too but with him always in the injured list his not that "dreamy"
Maybe mark gasol? he is a much better player than his brother unfortunately but ofcourse is still inexperienced.
