How to start learning to fly aircraft?

Hello, My name is Chris and I'm 17 years old. I want to learn to fly, ever since I played flight simulator X, I want to fly planes and helicopters in real life. I would like to know what the process is for learning to fly planes and helicopters.

In my home, there is a person, he is like you liking fly, so he do a lot work in flying, though he have to work all day, but he insist on looking for flying rescouse on the internet, and join into the fly forum to discust with the fly fan!
Then he made it, his plane done and flying successfully!
