Why are there so many dead wrestlers?

Wreslting fans miss these people: Curt Hennig, Boss Man, Bam Bam Bigelow, Rick Rude, Eddie Guerrero, Earthquake, Andre The Giant, Big John Studd, Miss Elizabeth, Luna Vachon, Mike Awesome, British Bulldog and more. Why? In the NBA, I think there's one casualty from Batch 86, that's Dennis Johnson. All the rest are still around. But in wrestling, most of Batch 89 onwards are no longer around. There are so many of them in the afterlife they could hold Royal Rumbles and Wrestlemanias there in one moment. Is it the lifestyle? The fatigue? They rarely die in the ring; they almost always die in their hotel rooms. And it seems that the old-generation wrestlers (Hogan, Flair, Abdullah The Butcher) have longer lives than the younger ones.

It is probably due to the lifestyle which included their conditioning, the injuries they get along the years, the food and the meds that they take. A lot of factors are really involved, not to mention the traveling that is always involved in the business which prevents them from recovering immediately.
