weight loss

its been my biggest problem since i stayed at home... i gained so much weight, now am trying to reduce weight, little by little, as i watched biggest looser and rachel ray show about this girl that is struggling to loss weight, i was really touched by her and she really inspired me a lot. Can anybody recommend a simple exercise that i can do even in a single minute everyday?

I suggest you do the little jumping for 3 minutes each day. This simple but effective movement to lose weight

hi dude. most people suffers from this and there is many gadget in the world by which we can reduce weight but it is not much useful so just do running in the early morning it is easy and useful by this you can reduce your weight even you increase your stamina too.
