I was school supplies shopping with my daughter and son, they were really excited about it and while choosing things, they both decided they want clay, just for fun..and they want to make stuff at home..so i bought them Crayola clays since i know its safe and non toxic.. as i paid for it and handed them to my daughter, she said, "you are the greatest mom ever!" 
Now that is so heart warming and spending around 2000 in just two hours made it all worth it! hahahaha
do your kids say something witty or sweet? kids nowadays are indeed extra special!

Aww, that is so sweet! It's worth all the effort that you've been through, right? - budgeting to taking them shopping (shopping with kids is always a tedious task ) I don't have kids myself yet, but I wish that when I have them in the future, they'd be sweet like that.

Oh that was so sweet. I still need to hear that for my son.
I only got a "Wow" comment from him every time I gave him something he likes. I am contented when I see that he is happy. Although it would just be so wonderful to hear those words from him.
Pretty early to do school shopping Mommy Jazel. Avoiding the school rush? Although I think it is a good idea, rather than to wait for prices to go up in June.

yes plus avoiding the crowd..i pretty well can anticipate how the crowd will be if it is near june...better shop now plus there are a lot to choose from if i do it early

Actually I do that all the time mom and dad does or buys something I want. Whenever I do that they're like "Yeah right!! Only if you get thing you want" lol but no actually they are the greatest and I love them =)
sounds like my daughter will be that way soon!
