Helium's new assignments / myLot

I have been away for ages but have just started writing again on Helium and see that the Marketplace has been replaced by assignments. Can anybody explain it a little to me especially what the initials RS stand for under the payment column. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Thanks for your kind wishes. I am being kept VERY busy with family commitments at the moment and not really getting on here much at all, but I do have the occasional peek!!!
