M.Tech. or job after B.Tech.?

Hi friends,
I am bit confused. I have been selected for M.Tech. in IIT, India. And also I have got a job in a reputed IT industry.
Now I have to select one, Please guide me for better selection.

Better if you do M.Tech because nowadays very difficult to get even a single job. Thats also after graduation you won't get jobs in your field means stream, you may get or you may not. So i prefer you to go for M.Tech and then lead your life easily in your own way with your stream which you would like to go for. All is in your hand, so you need to think about it nitish.

Sir,
I already have a job! I have already been selected by an IT industry. If I would not have job, i might not ask this question but currently I have both.
What to do now?

if your family and you got enough money go for M.tech because you can enjoy your collage life and also after that you get high salary and higher degree
if your family and you need money just select the job and do it ,once you got enough money then you can return to study M.tech
