do foreigner need to pay tax for Odesk.com?

I came upon one site named Odesk.com. After i put some of my information in it and registered. (well, since i have not done any task and not done any tests in this site, it is said that my profile is 60% completed). This morning, i tried to put more informations in it. When i tried to choose payment method. There are something about whether are you americans or not, and something about taxes. Have any people don't belong to america joined this site? when they talk about tax, what do they mean? will we be charged large sum of money from what we earn? thanks a lot.

I am an American and I work on odesk...Yes...you have to fill out a w2 form and pay taxes on the money you earn just like any other job in USA.
This is for USA users...other countries...I don't know.

Well, what i am afraid is there will be more restrictions on workers outside America.
