Please give me advice on my blog

Hey everyone,
I've been working on a new blog since the beginning of May and would love some advice on it. My blog is basically about how to earn money online. I put up my favorite sites that I like to earn from and I'm planning on posting new websites I find out about pretty frequently. How does the layout look? Am I missing anything important? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Just make sure you post is organized your banner must be also organized in order to caught readers. you should also consider the background that you are using because in all money making sites. its hard to stay in a page because the background is not appropriate. for example you are using black background an you have a banner and lot of text, of course as a reader i would read or visit pages and website that is clean and no other attachment that is not related to your post, make sure of that. and another thing is make your blog as simple it is, simple is always the best.
