smart bro problem

last week I want to check my email but the problem is my connection is not working. my network, SMARTBRO, acquires an IP address but unable to browse or even connect to YM. I concluded that there's another smartbro problem going on so I called their *1888 hotline to inquire about the problem but the BOT operator said that " the number can not be completed as dial!". are they avoiding questions?

I've already experienced that. But maybe there's a problem when you call their hotline. Because I also called them and they give me a respond and they helped me on what will I do. They said all the details, step by step, in order that it won't happen again.

yeah that's right. i experienced it too.i can't connect to the internet. i can't do browsing and i can't finish my assignments. that is one heck of strategy they did.when everything is back normal try to call again their customer hotline then see that an operator will answer you.

try calling again or go to the nearest smart wireless center in your area and asked for srp( a number given to you so that if you call for a follow up their representative can just pull out in their database the report/complaints that you have.
