Defective LG mobile phones

The past few weeks the battery life on my LG VX6100 has been slowly dying. Yesterday I woke up it was not charging anymore. I've waited for more hours but then its not charging anymore. I went to the customer service then told me its not I'll spend a big amount for the repair. I was so shocked because I bought it 1 month ago so I asked for the warranty and told me that the damage is not covered by the warranty. How disappoining. =( I can't even use it anymore.

Eventhough I don't have that brand of cellphone but in buying such gadget we should consider also the information about it, like how long it can last and many more things that you should know before you transact.

My sister already experienced that but its a product of Nokia. She just look for a shop where they can repair the phone. Maybe you could also find a shop who can repair your phone so it won't be wasted.

haven't you ask the cover of your phone's warranty? if not that would be a big problem.as a customer we should be vigilant enough when we are buying expensive products. we should know all the aspects of the product specially the warranty. try to bring it on maharlika at least they will see it first what is the real problem of your phone and you can returned it back when they did't fixed it right though you'll have risk.nah, not a good suggestion i think. or you can just buy universal charger
