The world is still fresh from day-long live telecast of the British royal wedding. Pippa Middleton is Duchess Kate Middleton's sister and was also her maidd of honour at the wedding. She is also one of the best dressed celebrities today, having her way with the beautiful white dress at the wedding.
However, a couple of days ago, Pippa (or a woman who looks exactly like her!) was photographed topless while vacationing at a beach. The royal family is known for its conservative dressing..with clothes having long sleeves and even Kate wore a full-sleeved wedding gown.
Although Pippa technically is not royalty, her sister is and this act will definitely be controversial.
I am a firm believer in men and women being the way they are and not falling under social pressure (as long as it is not something hurtful to themselves or anyone else). I think this whole controversy is stupid because its Pippa's personal life, she can wear what she wants as long as she can carry it gracefully (which she does).

I don't care if it is Pippa or not!!! It is HER BUSINESS...no matter whether Pippa or just a lookalike!!! These photos were taken 5 years ago & Wills had NOT proposed to Kate at the time...so WHY should she be required to live up to the royal family's standards??? She was NOT a royal at the time & she's NOT a royal now!!! PLUS, there is NO proof it is Pippa!!!!
No matter WHO this young lady was, she was on a "PRIVATE" boat & the photogs should NOT have been "INVADING her privacy"!!! Had she been walking down a crowded beach, then "maybe" they would have had the right to snap her picture. However, in this case, she had "EVERY RIGHT" to assume privacy!!! And I feel she should have had such!!!!
Here in the US, actress Jennifer Aniston was sunbathing topless in her OWN back yard when photogs climbed her 10 foot "privacy" fence to snap pictures of her topless. Then the articles were written as if she was parading up & down Hollywood Boulevard. I find this soooo WRONG on so MANY different levels in BOTH the case of Jennifer & Pippa. If memory serves me right, the same thing was done to Princess Diana!!!

Let's be simple. We're not even sure if that is really Pippa Middleton. The papparazzi who took those photos look invasive and has no respect for other people's privacy.

We just knew there would be a royal scandal soonee or later. We just assumed that it would involve the royal family and not a new sibling. this too will pass and the media will have something new to go after.

Yeah I with you as well. Personally the media will taunt and hunt until they can get some kind of story out. It is the viewers who continue to escalate silly things that keeps the media in such uproars.

I think you're making a big deal out of nothing here, to be honest. Princess Diana was photographed in a bikini on several occasions. No, the royal family doesn't spend all its time in clothes with long sleeves, nor is it known for "conservative dressing" except on occasions where it would be disrespectful not to dress conservatively.
