Inefficient POOR quality of CD-R KING service

The process of their service is very inaccessible and time-consuming, and it makes their service generally POOR! Imagine they are selling computer accessories and other electronic gadgets yet it is very contrast to their service which is OLD-FASHIONED and very OUT-DATED. The number, waiting line and the handwritten receipt is not so so good idea for such business, including the small spaces that most CD-r king have and the number of their customer going ever time- BAD idea, really bad! I don't know if they really intend to do that, if that is their strategy- then well, it's so LAME!if they think that electronic inventory or cash registry machine will cost them a lot and getting uninformed employees can be a trade-off for their low price product, it actually does not work because people(employee) and time wasted is more expensive than the fast machine. What do you think of their service?

Well they usually get those things cheap. And that is why they only have a warranty of a week or a month. Just buy cheap things in CD-R king and not those expensive stuff.

hahaha! i thought of this when i was in the Philippines. the service is really poor but i admit that their product has always get people's attention and they gain a lot of customers regardless their poor service.
