Hello fellow mylotters, Maybe many of you have met people like this. They maybe a friend, a family member, a customer, an acquaintance or maybe just some random person. How did you handle this kind of attitude? Did you confront them or just shrugged it off?

Depending on what is going on at the time, but I shrug it off for the time being until and appropriate time comes up, generally the next encounter and take them aside and explain how they made me feel. You never know their story and sometimes the attitude is not intentional, or hopefully not. The one thing to try not to do is take it personally and dwell on for a period of time. Remember the person with the attitude is the one with the problem, not you.

Hi whengcat I like to kill people with kindness. By this I mean when they approach me rudely and or mean, I am very nice to them no matter how upset they can think they will get me. 3 of 5 people actually feel bad and apologize. lol

There's a lot of insensitive people out there but it is sensible for us to understand them. If we are affected with their attitude then we are at the losing end because we may feel irritated by their presence. We cannot judge them why they are acting like that, maybe because of their past or maybe how they were raised. We don't know exactly the reason why. So for me, the best thing I can do is compliment them constructively. I really meant compliment because you do not need to criticize them.
