Running shoes are very comfortable for endurance training in running I proved that today with my brother. I have my own Reebok running shoes although I haven’t used it quite often but I intend to buy the EasyTone! My brother is a more of a rubber shoes guy and jogged everyday using his basketball shoes. Until one morning an old timer but a long time runner told him while he was doing his regular road work training to try using running shoes instead of the ones he uses for his basketball. That it would feel more comfortable and that my brother will cover more grounds because its much lighter and is better for continuous running. The next day our mom bought him a new pair of running shoes and truly it is better so next time you embark on some kind of an activity try to use the proper equipment, it's better and you’ll feel more comfortable after doing your work out or any outdoor activity. What do you think?

Yes, we need to have the right kind of shoes for different sports. Me, my bf and my brother have own our shoes for different needs. Trainers, running shoes, tennis shoes, soccer boots, long distance running shoes, we have them all. Due to our constant runs and outdoor activities, we tend to change our shoes once every 6-12 months. That's also one reason why we have to buy more expensive, proven shoes, so that we save more.
