What would you like to change?

Personally I would like to change my eating habit, if possible I want to eat nutritious food only and stay away from junk foods. I would also want to change my exercise sked, if possible I want to do it everyday. How about you, what would you like to change?

I already changed my eating habit and mercifully it is starting to pay off. I am losing weight due to this strict diet that I implement. I am pretty happy, though every once in a while I do get frustrated..especially when I am out, the temptation to eat is just sooo overwhelming.

HI santos mari chris: Honestly I want to change my eating habits too. I can't understand why but it's simply like that. I prefer Hamburguers over a salad! Healthy food is not as tasty as the food I love eating but it's just not good for me. However I can tell you that I am working hard, I am on a diet and I am working out to have success on thsi goal. i would like to change my health (of course that is darn near impossible) i have been having a lot of lung issues lately (asthma attacks that have landed me in the hospital and now i have pneumonia!) which is a real pain) and i would also like to change my financial situation too.

I would like to change my habit of being so meticulous on things, that when it wasn't done well, i would prefer that i would do it myself next time. It tires me really to be cleaning always because i would like the house to be meticulously clean. How i wish i am not like that.

Yes I am also has to change my food habits. I am a habit of eating junk food more. I eat junk food more than home food. I am facing some troubles due to this like gaining weight etc. I am suffering from blood pressure also. I think it is being caused due to this only. I have to stop taking junk food. As I am on the tours most of the time, taking the outside food is imminent for me. How to stop this. Can anybody tell me?

I want to change my sleeping pattern. Because of games and work, i only sleep about 3 to 4 hours a day. This is very unhealthy and i am worried i might get sleep deprivation related diseases. The only problem is I don't know which to give up, gaming or work?
