iPad2: wi-fi + 3g

I'm thinking of buying an iPad2, now, I'm not really a tech guy, so I would like to know whether its worth buying the model with 3g or just stick to the wi-fi?
For anyone knowledgeable with this gadget, is there much of a difference between the wi-fi + 3g model and the wi-fi only model? If so what is it?
Any answer would really help. Thanks in advance.

My children have models with wi-fi plus 3g only. It is better to buy that has come recently or that is to come!!! Buy the advanced version. enjoy

I'm thinking about that as well but do we really need everything the advanced model has?

You may not be able to buy another one after a few days. I look at it from middle class angle. If you are fairly rich then no problem. You can buy one now and another one after a few months for advanced features.

Just buying one! Would be nice to afford to upgrade as soon as apple does though...
