can Parthiv patil be in the squad for the WI tour ?

As you know , Parthiv was once a teenage prodigy wicket keeper and an OK sort of batsman at his teenage itself , now he s got to be 26 coming in only when M.S.Dhoni rests and also i guess he has improved a lot as a wicket keeper batsman and he was the second highest run score in the vijay hazare trophy ..what you guys think about him ah ?? can he be in the tour squad or is he worth to be ? ? ?
