Would you dare go TNT ... aboard the USS Carl Vinson?

At this time, it's still in Manila Bay. That's why there are banners in Ermita welcoming the US Navy. The place is alive again because of the Americans. I wonder how alive this archipelago would be if the US bases came back permanently. Anyway, back to the topic. Would you dare to go on board if you had friends there, if you had a chance to work there, and then marry an American once they get back to Hawaii, so that you won't be TNT anymore? This would mean a better life for your children. Honestly, if I was young and single, I would :) No offense meant. This is just a discussion. I hope nobody flames me here. Good day.

hi warriorx. I would not advise you to do such thing. American dream is a fallacy. Have you heard that their economy is declining? There are many opportunities in our country- Philippines. Several Chinese and Koreans are migrating in our country because they see that there is a great opportunity here for business. As long as you have perseverance, industry, and creativity, success will naturally follow.

Yeah, unfortunately, most people are too intimidated with corruption and poverty in the country that they want an easy way out and that is to work in a foreign land. i think they have made several mistakes most specially these recent wars that has drained their economy for a lot of reasons.

The immigration policy in USA is much stricter now than before due to the severe economic recession and many Americans blaming illegal immigrants for their current woes. I dont think you will be able to go on TNT aboard USS Carl Vinson since they also have a very strict security measures against non-personnel going aboard because of the terrorism issues. Even if you have friends who work there, they will probably not help you because if they do and they got caught, they could face dismissal or worse criminal charges. You could actually immigrate to USA using the legal means. Look for available jobs in USA, posted regularly in the US embassy. If you qualify you can submit your resume via email. If you got accepted by the company then they will sponsor your work visa. Once you got there and start to work, then you can find your true love. Dont marry an American just because you want to use him or her as a tool to become an American citizen. Again, they have a policy to investigate these kind of marriages, plus it is unfair to that person.
