hello mylotters, If there is one of the places I dont want to visit it's hospital because I am not comfortable seeing people lying on that white bed especially if they are my friend or loved one seeing their situation break my heart how I wish everyone can be healthy but of course it's impossible some people get sick naturally (inborn). If there is one reason that makes me happy to be in a hospital is when someone gave birth I always want to stay at Nursery Room if possible seeing those cute angels makes me happy. Anyone here comfortable staying in the hospital? What do you feel when you are inside? happy mylotting

bhaby, I am not comfortable with any hospital, even if it is one of the best, and i stayed in a private room...still the eerie feeling is there. Oh well,at least it gives me a vacation when i am confined.

Hello Catch, TO tell you honestly, I've never been to the MAKATI MEDICAL CENTER but it believed to be one of the cleaniest and best medical facilities in the Metro since Makati is indeed a centralized business district.. THough i am somewhat afraid and intimidated in teh past, it really didn't bother me that much as i grow older. one thing am after in the hospitals is the FOOD

I like to visit hospitals if they are neat. But I don't like to visit government hospitals because they don't keep the hospitals clean. So there is high risk to spread diseases also. Poor people always go to Govt. hospitals because they don't have enough money to spend in private hospitals. If they are admitted to the hospital, they don't have money to spend for private room. So they are taken into the general ward of that hospital. We can see a number of patients there. All are using the same bathroom and toilet. People are different and don't have the same character. Some of them keep the place neat and clean. But, some of them do just the opposite. Then there is high risk for developing diseases not only for the patients but for the visitors. So it is healthy, if we avoid visiting hospitals often.

My work area is the hospital. But 24 hours inside a hospital, especially the emergency room will make your head go dizzy.and i prefer as few working hours inside the hospital as possible.Inside it all you hear are complaints, complaints and complaints and there is a limit to how much complaints you can handle at a time

What I dont like about hopitals is the smell of cleaners and disinfectants. I used to work in the hospital and everyday I had to endure that awful smell. Good thing I only had to work there for a year. I'd prefer working in a cafe, smelling pastries and coffee the whole day

I also hate hospitals. It reminds me of the times before that I had watched my grandma while she when she was sick. She'd be there on and off, and we'd be there, too. It's just such a depressing place. And the smell of antiseptic and other medicines. I hate it! There was also a time that I was there during night time, and since my grandma was in the same floor as the pediatrics, there was this baby that kept on crying. Oh, poor thing! You could just feel the baby's pain.
