Manny Pacquiao, being the best boxer of the decade, gained more popularity after his previous fights. Justin Bieber, a singer/artist, coming up with his world tour. Who's more popular?

for me it's manny paquiao coz as you can see his the first athlete that been invited in the white house ofcourse by the US President, and hollywood stars always visit him when he is in L.A., NBA stars asking for his pictures.... few proofs that MANNY PAQUIAO is the MOIST POPULAR...

Well I think Manny Pacquiao is more popular when compared to Justin Beiber. It is because he has reached so far and received so many titles. Well, Justin maybe famous now but he is like all other stars. This is only my opinion and I would like to hear yours too.
