What do you usually do when you are facing pressure?

I could not fall asleep last night becaus of a call from my sister,in which we discussed a lot about my future.Thinking about future,I had felt great pressure,from both life and work.At present,my income stands at the same place but the cost of daily life is increasing all the time. As a result,I felt it quite difficult to enter my dreams,thought I was lying in the bed.I tried my best to relax myself,but it was hardly possible to get to sleep.When it was about 2 am,I got up,and went out of my room,walked in the park nearby.I didn't return to my room until the desire of sleep came back. Guys,how do you deal with pressure?When you are worried about you future,what do you usually do?

Pressure can in fact get the best of us. It is just a part of life and there are times where we are going to be paralyzed with absolute fear about what is to come. And often times for good reason, there are a lot of times where the future is not looking all too good. It really does feel like the entire mess is going to just get more complicated and there is no guarantee that everything is going to work out for the very best. In the end, one step at a time, one day at a time. Just pushing through and getting everything done to the best of my abilities. Whatever happens, is going to happen regardless of how nervous and how paralyzed I feel about the pressure. Therefore, it is really just something that has to be dealt with. In the end, what is going to come, is going to really come. That is really what the world is going to really come to in the end.

I put my right hand into my chest & say "ALL IS WELL". Well, i just learned this when i watched the movie "3 idiots" last month. It works for me! It does have effect to calm myself with pressure & problems that i face. It will not solve the problem but will make you have courage to face the challenges in life. Pressure is a state of mind, & our hearts are so fragile that can easily be overcome with pressure. That's why we need calm our hearts to overcome the pressure. Dont think too much. I hope it will work for you.

thinking of the things you want to achieve or people expect you to achieve always bring pressure. you do not want to be disappointed or disappoint people. in my case, what i put in mind is that i have to do the best i can. i am living with the saying "treat everyday as your last" that way, i will always do my best. then i can think of what to do first and the pressure will not eat me up.

When I feel under pressure and I feel more and more worried about the future I try to think about my achievements in life so far and try to motivate myself to think positively at any cost.I don't let negative thoughts depress me,I fight them;I also try to relax sometimes and take things easy and say to myself that we have only one life and we must enjoy it as much as we can.So far I managed to handle the pressure using these methods and keep it under control;luckily I don't have sleeping problems,so a good sleep is also a way of releasing the pressure from my head.

hi qianlizhifeng.. how are you feeling now, still pressured..? you should've tried drinking a lot of water last night.. me, whenever i am pressured, i slow down a bit, loosen up, analyze everything, find a way to lessen the pressure..

When I feel that the weight of the world is upon me, I usually desensitized-meaning to be less emotionally affected. In order to get that, I go about my way not thinking about the problem. I just work, work, work. Eventually, the feeling will pass. Constantly thinking about the problem would only wear me down, thinking about it will not solve it either. So why bother, right?

Dealing with pressure is an great art. men use some strategy to subside pressure. Women use some strategy to subside pressure.Men may watch TV , may sit alone and finding solution to solve the problems.Listening to music all are men using tactics to subside pressure. Women may call friends and share the feelings going for shopping , may subside pressure. But you must think positively about your future because optimist has less pressure than pessimists

I keep it to myself really but it's not good though based on my experience because the more you keep it the more it gets obvious that you're pressured & people around you asks why & then you just breakdown. They say you have to speak up, ask questions, ask for solutions, do something to be able to cope up from pressure and it does help. Know what you really want, what you really love. Of course when we get to think of our future we have to think of our financial & emotional status. It's easy to try things out, find what you are looking for don't just sit down and wait because nothing will happen unless you make a move.
