Newbee in Programming... (SQL)

Oh my! Here I'am again asking you some questions.... ^_^ I'm really newbee in programming. Can anyone help me with this? I don't know how to delete data using some parameters. What I want to do is to delete rows in a certain table. It will only be deleted if the user enter the right id or password and record number of that row. I know how to do thin in mysql using phpMyAdmin but I can't do this in MS SQL unsing mylittleadmin. I don't have any idea. Who among you uses mylittleadmin in programming? Can you please help me? Thank you... ^_^
