how to install drivers in server 2008?

i have intel 845g chipset motherboard in my pc, when i have installed win server 2008 in pc it is not detecting any drivers of it. wat to do.

Server 2008 or Server 2008 R2? Usually the Vista Driver should work for 2008, the Win7 dor R2.
