People Don't Watch where they are going in parking lots

At the local Giant Eagle, there has been another accident. Last year, someone hit an old man who gathers grocery carts there. Today, someone was crossing behind a car and the car backed up and hit them. It makes me mad that people are so careless. I walk with a cane and it seems like people actually speed up when they see me crossing. That is until my hubby looks at them. He is a big man. Slow down people and pay attention! It is a parking lot not a raceway.

People can't Drive Period as They don't Watch where Their Going. As they Make a Turn
or Change Lanes. They Blow Traffic Lights or Stop Signs. They Simply Drive to Fast and Cause Accidents. Now with a Cell Phone in Their Hand. That makes it Worse and Dangerous. So if They Drive Poorly in the Street. They will be Very Bad in the much Smaller & Narrower Parking Lots.
