The song is actually quite okay. The melody is really catchy. For someone who doesn't understand English, it would be a great song. It's the lyrics that really got it infamous. Glee even sang a version of it. And I liked their version. I just make it a point not to analyze the lyrics. It's fun to hear. It's like a party song.

I agree with you that the song is cathchy. The lurics are like poop. The saving of the video is when the black man (don't remember his name) is sitting in his car and rapping. Thats pretty cool:)

I like Friday, especially Glee's version of the song. Rebecca's performance however was lame. It lacks the energy that the song require. The lyrics may be nonsense but come to think of it, there are a lot of nonsense songs that do well. I think people hate the song simply because it was badly sung by Rebecca Black.

I hate that it is repetitive, and annoying. Along with the fact that it has no real meaning.. yea, I can count down the days of the week also, can I be famous too?
