How many of you know about the speed boost , in windows 7 ....enjoy 2x fast!

We can use your "pen-drive" to increase the cache memory of your windows 7 computer . Just insert your pen-drive :- 1.format it . 2.goto the "properties" of your removable disk 3.select "speed boost" tab . 4.check the option , use this.... by the way , You can also do this in windows xp but the procedure is a little difference ...

I have windows 7 but I have no idea what you're talking about. Hahaha, would you mind elaborating what it is? I also have no idea what a pen-drive is.

Oh! Of course I know what a flash drive is! But you called it a pen drive which not many people call it. Or maybe only the people here don't call it that.

Yes I have heard and know some people who uses this feature.. the feature makes the pen drive/flash drive to act as a RAM and making your system work faster.. But I think this feature is not called speed boost.. it is called ready boost..

Readay boost or speed boost. What does it matter. Quite useful information. Hi,earnalot, I wish you could tell about the procedure of XP too as I use only that OS. Thanks in advance.
