What do you expect from your Work or Job?

Friends, so many asked this type questions to me. So i have answered the same answer again. People will go out to do work because they require money to get it and to take care of themselves as well as others we use to come to do work.
Few people expect good environment in the work location, Few people will look for only money they won't bother about the working environment or atmosphere, few people will look for customer satisfaction, if customer hasn't satisfied then they feel bad. Still N number of expectations are there from work or Job. So what is your expectation from your Work or Job?

I expect security, professionalism, fairness, and my paycheck. I try to work hard and make myself marketable but I still expect professional curtesy that employers should give employees. Work is what it is but employees are people and deserve to be treated a certain way still.

hi, We need work and work is for satisfying our needs.We need self satisfaction when we work any where.We need right job with a right place and right earning for our needs.If work is there and we are not satisfied in that job then we cant do good in that work.If we are getting good name in the job we are and the money is not satisfying our needs then also we cant continue the job.
Everything is needed , we need job that satisfies us, our needs and many things we need as humans.

for me, i expect to be stable at my current work now, and that i will be here for a long time. i expect to learn a lot from it too and to benefit a lot of from it too. =)
i do think that i have a lot of opportunities in my current job and expect it to be part of my life for a long time. i am very hopeful in my work now.

The one expectation which is salary, that i get my salary ontime, and according to work i give to the company, the another one is the cool environment, because environment makes us happy , and we do more work with interest.
like in summer we do provided AC.

People go for job to earn money as money is required for braed & butter.Also we go out for work to earn knowledge by different people we meet in the office. Also by going to job our lifestyle becomes somewhat disciplined like to go for work you need to get up early in the morning & need to take bath in the morning go to sleep by specific time because you need to get up early in the morning to go for work again.
