Losing weight is a gain ?

if losing weight is a gain , then how to get that gain ? walking daily about 5 kms gives that gain ? doing some aerobic exercises gives that gain ? how to gain that gain?

Modify your daily food intake. Focus on fruit & vegetables. Less on grain and meat (especially red meats). Walking should be at least a hour a few times a week and at a fast pace. If you don't get your heart rate up, you are wasting your time.
