Do you believe in the result of meditation? In my country India there are many people who believe in meditation and also claim that there are positive results. What you think, do you have any experience? Are there really results from meditation? I am looking for meditation, will it be fruitful. Which exercise will be best for me? Suggest me.

I have full faith in meditation. Medical professionals are now advising it in the treatment of idiopathic hypertension and many people are using it and getting results.

I have never tried it but if anybody has any tips on where to go I would love to try it as well. I heard it does relieve stress and give you a piece of mind.

Oh I have my doubts about this, it's okay to do it for about five or 10 minutes, any longer than that my whole body just goes numb!

No I don't believe in it , because i used to think each and every moment of our Life is much important than we think , so i don't want to waste the 15 or 20 minutes daily in the meditation , instead i will take a walk in the roads
