'swatimca10 (61) ' , what is this 61.

I want to know that what is this 61 showing after my username showing in my profile. Is it the total no. of responses i'v made, or responses made by people to me. Or anything else.?? My head is hanged, thinked a lot but don't understand. So started a discussion.

As you have seen from the link above, that number is not a post count. The FAQs do not explain what cause that number to rise or fall so I will explain here. It increases when you: - start a new topic AFTER it receives 2 responses (or 1 response + 1 comment) - when you respond for the FIRST time on a discussion started by others. - when you comment for the FIRST time on a discussion started by others. All of your activity will create earnings (if it is within the Guidelines) but will not cause that number to increase because it is not related to your earnings at all. It decreases when you lose posts due to deletions.

They are new for many Lotters, even for some that are here longer than you are, and they can read and learn here too I did read the Guidelines and the FAQs inside out and upside down after I got things worng when I was new and now I just love sharing so that we can all have FUN and get the best out of the time we spend here

Hello MysD, I was sure the explanation about how a user's rating increases was somewhere in the FAQs. But now I tried to find it and I failed. I'm afraid I've seen this explanation so many times that now I believe it's written in the FAQs. Is this the truth?

This number shows that how many posts you have in Mylot. It includes the your discussions and responses. So you can see I have posted quite a lot here:) I love China

Now after your name you find 102. This is the number of responses made and discussions started. Computer does that calculation. We need not bother about it. Afterwards you will be given stars -- different colours of stars as you participate more and more. have a good day.

I can't answer your question, because like you I'm new here, but when I saw my profile, started discussions 10 answered discussions 14 and the number next to my user name is 24 so maybe this is the sum what we started a discussions and response to others started discussions. happy mylotting to us....
