MEDITATION as all of us know is something that fills our body with power and inner peace and calmness..do you perform meditation..what changes it brought in your life..how was your life before meditation and how wonderful it is after you started meditation.....does you view things with different angles or in a more positive manner after meditating..what are your views about it..

Meditation is a great way of relaxation and calmness. I do try to do mediation whenever I feel stressed and such. I try to also do it as often as I can, but sometimes it is difficult for me to do so. I at least do it when I feel the need to do some meditation.
