Listening to boy bands brings back memories

Yesterday while I was on my way to my auntie's house, me and my boyfriend rode a jeepney. For jeepneys from Cubao, it's quite common to play music loudly and it happened that boy band songs were playing. I think it was a medley. Anyway, it brought me back childhood memories. Haha. We were actually the only ones singing out loud and goofing out but it was really fun. It's just that we grew up and grew out of the boy band era. It wasn't at all surprising when I remembered the lyrics to the songs that were played.
There was A1, boyzone, westlife, backstreet boys, the moffats and N sync.
Haha. Backstreet boys is still my favorite among them.

I still listen to boy band songs. I'm a big fan of boy band when I was in high school. My favorites are Backstreet boys and Nsync. I also like the Irish band Westlife. It really brings back memories.

I think a lot of us here grew up listening to them and really enjoyed what we listened to in those day. At the height of boy bands' popularity I was in high school and their music also brings back fond memories, even funny ones, like there was a time two of my friends quarreled because friend #1 tried to annoy friend#2 by saying that the Moffats (her favorite boy band) were gays!LOL! That really set us off laughing because she was so damn serious defending her crushes and even cried about it.

My favorite boy band is still around and still making music, but I enjoy listening to the old stuff just as much as I enjoy the new music. My favorite is Hanson and I still follow them avidly. They just released their fifth album "Shout It Out" and are back on the radio for the first time in years! I am very proud of all that they have done and accomplished and I love the fact that I am a Hanson fan. They care about humanity and because of them, Africa has a new school, two new wells, and a lot of help with aids. Working together with their fans, Ike Tay and Zac have changed the lives of many children that were in desperate need. On top of that, they have a wonderful melody, beautiful voices, and a great sense of humor.

My favorite boyband is also the backstreet boys. I still listem to their songs a lot and I also wish that things were like before. How I wish time goes back so that we can all enjoy the greatness of the boyband era!

I was a huge Backstreet Boys fan. I remember there was a rumor saying that Nick Carter was a lesbian. This was because he did not take off his shirt in the Quit Playin' Games with my heart video. I get mad wheneve my friends tease me about this because my fave that time was Nick Carter. Wow, good times!!! I was never an N'Sync fan because I was really loyal to Backstreet Boys. Anyways, I grew out of it (good thing!). Anyways, I saw in E News that Backstreet boys will be touring the US with New Kids on the Block and tickets are almost sold out. It looks like they are back.
