Why can't I connect to http://192.168.0.1

I am trying to connect to http://192.168.0.1 so I can change settings on my router but I always get the error page: "The page cannot be displayed". I wanted to put password on my router as soon as possible cause our neighbors been using it and the network performance is very poor. I need your help. What should i do to solve this problem ASAP? By the way I'm using Tenda W311R+ Router.
