Pay Pal Personal or Premier?

Should I register Pay Pal Premier for payment stuff in myLot? I just read in the payment portion for myLot and saw that it stated there is "added benefits" if I use PayPal Premier in my payment information. Are you guys using Pay Pal Premier too? I read from Pay Pal and it stated Premier account is subject to charges for any in and out transaction. Would it be still advisable to sign up as Premier instead of Personal?
