Good summer jobs for 13 year olds?

My sun is thirteen this summer and I am tired of giving him money to entertain himself everyday and he is tired of having a limit everyday. He is willing to work and does a good job at it, but I can't think of enough jobs for him to do around the house. I am considering letting him mow lawns for money, but it costs money to buy gas. Any other suggestions?
