definitely something we hear often.i wonder what kind of diet you have been following.'cause i used to eat whatever i want, especial junk foods(which are pushing me to gain weight so fast!)but now i've already quit that bad habit and as a result,i'm much skimmer now.it totally helped! i just tell myself that i can choose fruits instead everytime i want to eat junk foods.it can be a little hard at first, but after a short period,i just found out that i had come to enjoy fruits very much and junk foods were no longer a must. as for exercise,i think hulahooping helps a lot to reduce weight in waist and thigh, and it doesn't take much time and space.you can do it anytime and anywhere. hope you can pack off some pounds as you wish!

It really wasnt a diet I just kind of cut back on all of the junk food, and i stuck to eating everything that was healthy. But after a couple of days I find myself giving up becuase if I cant see the results quickly then I dont think I am losing anything. I think i need to change my way of thinking maybe? I used to work out at the gym and i just ran the treadmill the whole 2 hours, and i started losing weight, but then when I started working I couldnt go to the gym like I wanted too and eventually i stopped.

I know I was so determined to lose weight that I would stay as long as I could on the treadmill. And yes I know that my weight loss woud show in a couple of days, but i guess i am a wishful thinker.

running the treadmill for 2 hours!wow, you must be very persistent. i think if you stick to eating healthy, you'll turn out to cut some weight finally.it won't be that apparent in a few days actually.

can you go for walks? that might be a cheap way to lose weight and something that you and your child might enjoy.

I have thought about going to run in the nearby park, but it is so big and the trail is too far from where the actual playground is. But like you said I could go walking, power walking. I just hope he keeps up. Thanks for the input. I will try anything at this point.

Hi. I am a distributor with a company called It Works. Our most popular product is called The Ultimate Body Applicator. It is a wrap that is infused with a botanically-based, detoxifying formula. It helps reduce the appearance of unsightly cellulite and skin slackening. It tightens, tones and firms the body where you apply it. We also have Ultimate ThermoFit and Advanced Formula Fat Fighter with Carb Inhibitors. Our products are very affordable too. If you would like more information on any of these products please send me a friend request and I will send you my website links. My link is also on my profile page. candlelovinmom

thanks for the response, but I think i am just going to stick with something a little more natural and free. I have had my share of trying pills and lotions that was a waste of my money. And I dont have enough to waste right now. But thanks again for the input.

Here's what I've done and I've lost 13 pounds. I use to weigh 150 when I started trying to lose the weight. I didn't like how I looked and I couldn't fit into cute clothes anymore. I love clothes and to see that I can't wear the things I wanted to wear any more I became determined that I would lose the weight. Find something that you want to lose the weight for like a cute outfit I did. I had this red dress, that I hadn't worn yet and that was my inspiration to lose the weight. It was hard yes, because I wasn't working, I spent a lot of time at home at the computer trying to earn money and every chance I got and even when I was bored, I would grab junk food. My advice for you is to maybe find something else to do with your time. Like going to the park, that is a place you can take your son and plus its free. You don't have to start off running, just take a couple of laps around the park and just walk. (Lol, you sound like my husband when he was trying to lose weight too. He wanted to start running, not a good idea. He got hurt.) I'd say work your way up to running, but just don't start off so quickly. When I was trying to lose the weight, I wasn't doing anything. I finally got a job, it required, me to do a lot of physical things, such as walking and lifting and bending and that is how I lost the weight. That's why I said find something to occupy your time throughout the day. Also, I never knew how to eat healthy despite all the things that people told me I could do. What I finally did was purchase the biggest loser book. It is a book filled with healthy recipe's and this is what has helped me lose the weight. Check in a book store or the book section in one of your stores, look for that book or look for a book with healthy recipes in it. It will help you believe me, it helped me and now I know how to eat healthy. Try it, and don't give up, have a friend that you could depend on that can help you. Someone you can go to for anything. Someone you can trust. And remember if you give up, you can always start over again.

And one more thing, I used to weight 100 lbs before I got to 150. Yep, I gained 50 lbs. Lol, its a lot and my goal weight I'd like to get to is 115 so I still got a ways to go. so actually no I didn't lose 13 lbs I guess, lol I lost 18 lbs and I've only been working for a month. You can do it. Just stay motivated.

I agree that you should go power walking. The result will be slow but I think its the best solution yet. Bring water to avoid being dehydrated. As for the little one, put him in a stroller. Extra effort in the pushing will help in the weight loss faster. Cut your portions in food too, but slowly, maybe a tablespoonful off at first to gradually half of what you currently take. Do not omit the nutrients. I tried cutting down on my food portions. The first two weeks was hungry, hungry hungry but now I think the stomach has somewhat shrunk. I read that when you eat according to what your body require, that is eat sufficiently so that you have energy for your daily routines, there wont be excess to be stored as fat. I have also seen on TV, Janet Jackson says that her 'weight watcher' told her to eat less but more often.

Oh Ok, I figured that. I tried the Acai Berry pills once before and never felt any change at all. Thanks for the input.
