college student in need of a mac

Hey my-lotters...I want to know if anyone knows about any programs that give away mac computer for disadvantaged college students. I know a young man that is graduating from 12th grade and is only 16 years old. He will be attending his state university but is mother is having a difficult time raising money for all his expenses. I tried to tell her about some websites but I really didn't have good information. If anyone knows about any programs or discount programs please let me know. I will pass the information on to her.

I am also a student. I am using Windows software. It is better than MAC. So i am suggesting you that you also use the Windows. Then virus is only the main problem in windows, this problem will not arise in MAC. So better to go for windows.
