I cannot get my drivers licenses, it sucks.

At what minimum age is the requirement by you that you can get your license? If your mother thinks it is too soon then outside of that the only thing I can advise is that you continue to show her how responsible you really can be and perhaps in a few months provided you are of age requirement she may just change her mind. Do keep in mind that once you are driving and a very irresponsible driver is on the road who perhaps may injure you, then maybe you will understand what your mom is saying. No definite offense but I have been driving for years and sometimes, especially while my car is minding it's own business nicely parked an irresponsible driver has run directly into it. lol, true story and not once but 3 times.
